AGM

Thank you to those that came along to the AGM and their contributions, this is important to the future of the club.

A special thanks to those who have also confirmed they will continue with committee support and  for the new staff, welcome aboard.

Dates

Please diary these dates to your calendar:

• 20th May 2012 Sunday 10am-12pm Clean up & checks before the Sunbelts.
• 26th May 2012 Private Clubroom booking from Friday PM & clean up Sunday AM.
• 20th July 2012 Track Surrounds and Facilities not available for NZ Motor Home fundraiser.
• 7-8th September 2012 Cycle Event booking for Track & Clubrooms.
  Incl. 4-5:30pm each Wed & Thurs 3 weeks prior for practice.

Staff Assistance

For some of our club roles we only have 1 or 2 staff and would welcome any assistance if someone would like to be part of our motor sport.  Please contact a committee member if you would consider helping with your time.  Many of our roles could do with a "seconder" - Stewarding, Race Secretaries, Starting, Pit Marshalling, Shop etc. Just let us know your talent!

Shop

Jackie was still looking for some assistance with the Shop otherwise it will not open.  Please consider who you know may be able to help with this.

Caretaker

A note to members, that we now have a new caretaker Terry St John.  Please make yourself known & make him feel welcome as he starts getting to know the club.  He will assist with mowing, spraying & shop where he can.

AGM Meeting Item

Please note at the recent AGM the club agreed to increase race day fees from $30 to $35 to cover expenses during the year.

Membership fees will remain the same as last year but will need to be renewed for this points round.

Committee Meeting Minutes

Please note at the last meeting the committee approved the following rules for the next Club Points meeting.  If you have any comments regarding these please take them to a committee member.

Please all note that with the change over from daylight saving the track practice times have changed to winter timings. No practice after 5pm.
